You are reading a blog, slowly typed by someone who is not computer-literate...actually not even technologically advanced really. I don't even own a cell phone.
I'm slowly realizing just how tantalizing a little phone would be though. Every time I see the obese Elvis impersonator at the grocery store, I wish I had an iPhone that I could pull out, snap a pic and tweet.

"children nowadays are not going to learn how to tell the time properly, because no one wears a watch or looks at a clock. They all have those newfangled cell phone thingys".
I should have stopped and told her I have neither and tell time by looking at the shadows on the sidewalk.
